GORGEOUS HARBOR-SIDE STAGE NECK CONDO AVAILABLE FROM JUNE THROUGH OCTOBER

The first floor includes an open concept kitchen with eat-at island and high-end appliances/finishes, dining area, and large living with TV, decorative fireplace, and sliding doors to the screened-in back deck overlooking the picturesque and active harbor. Sit outside with your cup of coffee in the morning and relax at night with a cocktail. There is also a half bathroom on the first floor.

Upstairs you’ll find a stacked washer/dryer and two bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed and hall bathroom (shower only). The second bedroom also includes a Queen-sized bed with en suite bathroom (shower only). Both bedrooms have a TV and deck access – sit on the Adirondack chairs and watch the boat and beach activity. There is also a wonderful reading/sitting nook at the top of the stairs of the second floor – a great place to get your morning sun inside!

The third floor includes a large room with two twin beds, a desk, and a sitting area with TV. Some of the best views can be found on the third floor!

A pool and tennis membership may be purchased separately. The charming York Harbor Beach is just a five-minute walk from the condo and includes a bathhouse. Three other town beaches are just a short drive away along with restaurants, shops, and other attractions/recreation.

The condo rules do not allow guests to have pets. Available from June 1st to end of October, 2024. The cost of the time frame depends on length of stay (two month minimum stay) – call for further information.
