Located within a 5 minute walk to Long Sands Beach (and just a ten minute walk to Short Sands Beach), this adorable cottage has everything you need for a great summer vacation in Maine! The famous Nubble Lighthouse is just a 5 minute drive from the cottage, and all shops/restaurants/attractions are nearby as well.
This compact vacation property features an open first floor plan, with sofa, dining table, and kitchen. A 3/4 bathroom includes a stacked washer/dryer, and the bedroom on the first floor includes a full sized bed.
A spiral staircase takes you upstairs to the remaining two bedrooms, one with a full-sized bed and the other with a trundle bed (two twins).
Spend your days at the beach and return to rinse off at the outdoor shower.
A gas grill, deck with table/chairs, parking for 2 cars tandem-style, cable TV, internet, ceiling and room fans, and linens included. No pets, no smoking/vaping please. There are two mini split AC units (one downstairs and one in the upstairs primary bedroom).
