Derek Goldberg is a real estate agent with deep roots in Southern Maine, having been born and raised in Cape Neddick. His intimate knowledge of the local market and seacoast lifestyle gives him a unique edge in helping clients buy or sell homes in the region. Derek’s entrepreneurial journey began early—by the age of 21, he had founded three businesses and built his own home at 19, an experience that ignited his passion for real estate.

Derek's passion for the Maine Seacoast prompted him to start Seacoast Threads, an apparel company that revolves around locals of the Seacoast area. He aims to preserve the history of the seacoast and also showcase businesses, people, and stories that prove why the Maine Seacoast is so great.

Derek's background in digital marketing, combined with his skills in photography, project management, and social media, allows him to market properties effectively, reaching the right audience with precision. As a former Digital Marketing Director, he has honed expertise in digital marketing management and team leadership, having managed a team of four interns in the past.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a strong track record of success, Derek leverages his skills to deliver top-notch service to both buyers and sellers.
