Maria Goodale

Maria is the Office Administrator at Anchor Real Estate, where she plays a key behind-the-scenes role in supporting the team through a variety of day-to-day operations. Known for wearing many hats, Maria helps keep the office running smoothly, assisting with everything from scheduling, communication and document coordination.

Maria earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Maine. Alongside her education, she developed a strong foundation in hospitality and customer service, working as a server and bartender in several local restaurants—a role she still enjoys part-time.

Before joining Anchor, Maria worked at a local title company, where she gained valuable insight into the real estate industry as a whole, further strengthening her ability to support both clients and agents with confidence and care.

She enjoys being part of the supportive and hardworking team at Anchor Real Estate and takes pride in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
