Welcome to this bright and charming classic beach cottage, the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful winter stay in York Beach. The large, enclosed front porch (not heated) is a wonderful spot to relax, curl up with a book, or gather around the table on the warm New England days.

Step inside and you’ll be welcomed by cheerful blue and green sea-glass colors that give the cottage a warm, coastal feel. The living room features a cozy space to unwind on chilly evenings, and the dining room, complete with a built-in china hutch, comfortably seats up to six for meals and games.

Both bedrooms have beautiful real wood floors. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom includes both a full-size bed and a single bed. There is one full bathroom (tub/shower).

The well-equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, while the dryer is conveniently located in the adjacent mudroom. The back entrance makes bringing in groceries and coming and going especially convenient.

The cottage is ideally located close to downtown Short Sands Beach, local shops, the playground, and just a few blocks from Long Sands Beach. The Nubble Lighthouse is also within walking distance. During the quieter winter months, you can enjoy the charm of York Beach at a slower pace. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful coastal retreat, a winter escape, or a comfortable home base while enjoying all that York has to offer year-round, this charming cottage is a wonderful place to settle in and enjoy the season.

Driveway parking is available for up to two cars. Along with the monthly rent, a tenant is responsible for oil (heat source), electricity, and snow removal (internet is included, no cable).

No pets allowed, nor any smoking/vaping of any kind inside the property. The first month's rent, security deposit, renter's insurance, and an exit cleaning fee required. *Linens are not included, but the rental does include a washer/dryer.
