The first floor features a bright, open-concept kitchen and living area. You’ll also find a formal dining room, a half bath with washer and dryer, and a cozy library on the first floor.

Upstairs, the spacious primary suite is complete with a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom (with a walk-in shower and separate tub), and access to a private balcony. Two additional bedrooms and a shared ¾ bathroom complete the second floor.

The finished basement provides even more living space, including a fourth bed, a ¾ bathroom, plenty of seating, and a small home gym area with a Peloton bike.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs, allowing you to easily stream your favorite shows and movies. The living room has a propane fireplace for cozy evenings, while the additional fireplaces in the library and dining room are decorative only.

Tenant is responsible for electric, propane, and shoveling pathways & porches.

The owner pays for water, sewer, and plowing. 

One pet is welcomed with a pet fee.

The home is fully furnished and includes all linens.

A credit/background check, security deposit, first month's rent, and renter's insurance are required for all applicants.
